Humss- Or The Humanities and Social Sciences strand is one of the academic tracks of senior high school in the Philippines. This strand focuses on oral communication, media and information, and enhancing your reading and writing skills. There is a lot of research and presentation involved in this strand too.
This is the courses of the humss:
-Social Studies and Political Science Social Studies is the study of human beings, be it in the form of anthropology, archaeology, law, psychology, politics or sociology. Political Science on the other hand (you guessed it) is the science of politics and understanding it.
ABM- It is most fundamental sense refers to the accountancy, business, and management academic programs that concentrate on the foundational concepts in corporate operations, financial management, business management, as well as each and every factor that revolves around those central fields.

-This strand is designed as an introductory course in accounting and business and management where students are trained to think logically and scientifically and are acquainted with the rudiments of accounting, business and management concepts and principles in order to prepare them to pursue college degrees that focus on business and industry where their contribution as future accountants, entrepreneurs, and business leaders are vital to the progress and development of the economy and critical to the promotion of a sustainable green business.
Stem- Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics are intertwining disciplines when applied in the real world. The difference of the STEM curriculum with the other strands and tracks is the focus on advanced concepts and topics.

-You can become a pilot, an architect, an astrophysicist, a biologist, a chemist, an engineer, a dentist, a nutritionist, a nurse, a doctor, and a lot more. Those who are also interested in Marine Engineering should take this track.
GAS- This strand is designed for students who would desire to engage in a more general areas of study as compared to more specific fields of study. This strand offers an option for students to take elective subjects from specialized subjects of any strands.

-You can choose electives from the different academic strands under this track. These subjects include Humanities, Social Sciences, Applied Economics, Organization and Management, and Disaster Preparedness.
